Circularity Lab
The studio operates at the intersection of product and material design, procurement, waste management, recycling systems and industrial supply chains. The objective is to help organisations embed circularity into core operational
decisions, strengthening financial performance, resource security and environmental impact.
Circularity Lab works with organisations seeking to move beyond circular ambition toward systems capable of delivering measurable results, aligning material flows, infrastructure performance, procurement architecture, innovation and industrial partnerships.
Our approach combines systems thinking, strategic diagnosis and implementation guidance to align materials, infrastructure, economics and partnerships. This includes supporting organisations in redesigning material flows, improving supply resilience, enabling waste-to-resource innovation and building stronger collaboration across industry and academia.
